Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, stock control, and ordering medications.
  
• Supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of customer service.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., nursing, physicians) to resolve issues related to medication administration.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in clinical pharmacy or hospital setting.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from an accredited institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of dispensing practices, drug interactions, and medicine safety protocols.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients.
