Position Overview

The Branch Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of personal loan products through direct customer engagement, branch-based activities, and field visits. The role requires proactive customer acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers through branch leads, walk-ins, and field visits.
• Loan Sales: Promote and sell personal loan products to individual customers, ensuring alignment with eligibility criteria.
• Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to customers workplaces, residences, and business locations to generate leads and close sales.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Documentation & Compliance: Assist customers with loan applications, collect required documents, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch manager.
• Market Intelligence: Gather feedback on competitor offerings and share insights with the branch team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of personal loan products and financial services
• Ability to conduct effective field visits and convert leads
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 01 year in sales (preferably in banking/financial services)

Work Environment

• Branch-based role with mandatory field visits
• Requires local travel within assigned territory
