Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms. This role focuses on driving measurable growth through data-backed marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPP, CAC, ROAS
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign assets
Prepare performance reports and insights

Qualifications & Skills
MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred
Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Understanding of digital funnels and performance metrics

Owns multiple client accounts end-to-end
Proactively suggests performance improvements and scaling ideas
Mentors interns or junior marketers
