Walk-in || Performing Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads.
• Manage campaigns for e-commerce, lead generation and performance-driven brands.
• Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate and Revenue.
• Optimize campaigns regularly by adjusting budgets, bids, audiences, keywords, placements and creatives.
• Create and manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Remarketing campaigns.
• Manage Meta Sales, Conversion, Retargeting and Prospecting campaigns.
• Perform keyword research and maintain negative keyword lists for Google and Bing campaigns.
• Set up and verify basic conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and GA4 tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, leads and return on ad spend.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copy, landing pages and campaign structures.
• Work with the creative and content team to suggest ad creatives based on campaign performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure spending is aligned with performance goals.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions quickly.
• Research competitors, audiences, keywords and advertising trends.
• Maintain proper campaign naming, structure and reporting for multiple brands/accounts.
• Stay updated with changes and new features across Meta, Google and Microsoft advertising platforms.
