ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and digital performance marketing. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, launch & manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns
  • Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with lead & revenue goals
  • Manage audiences, campaign structures, budgets, bidding & retargeting
  • Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions & revenue
  • Optimize campaigns and conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies, audiences & placements
  • Coordinate with creative/content teams and prepare regular performance reports
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2–5 years of practical experience in Performance/Digital Marketing
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & lead-generation campaigns
  • Understanding of funnels, audience targeting, remarketing & conversion tracking
  • Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Google Analytics & campaign KPIs
  • Strong analytical, communication & budget-management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Google Ads experience is an added advantage
  • Experience with lead-generation or e-commerce campaigns preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager / Looker Studio is a plus
