Walk-in || Pega Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop business process management (BPM) solutions using Pega PRPC.
• Develop case management applications, workflows, decisioning, and business rules.
• Configure flows, UI sections, harnesses, activities, and integrations.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement reusable Pega components and frameworks.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MQ, and external services.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with QA teams during SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Provide support during production releases and post-production activities.
