Walk-in || Payroll Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, EPF, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Provident Fund, Professional Tax, and statutory compliance.
  
• Ensure accurate verification of employee data for salary calculations and tax deductions.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to wages and salaries.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing.
  
• Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-14 years of experience in Payroll Specialist role with expertise in SAP HR module.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian Payroll (PF Act), ESIC & Labour Laws; knowledge of other labour laws like Professional Tax is an added advantage.
  
• Proficiency in Salary Processing, Verification, Statutory Compliance, Wages & EPF/Gratuity/Provident Fund management.
