Walk-in || Payroll Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, leave management, and attendance management.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages through various payment methods (cash, cheque, EFT).
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliance requirements for India and coordinate with finance team on tax deductions at source.
  
• Provide support to HR Generalist activities such as joining formalities, exit formalities, and other generalist tasks related to payroll administration.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing.
