Role & responsibilities

Brief Job Profile:

1. Patient Care & Counselling :

a. Serve as the central point of contact for patients and handling tasks like registration, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries and managing billing and payment processes.

b. Handle the billing aspects of patient during admissions and ensure smooth financial clearances during the discharge process.

c. Manage the entire process of submitting and tracking both cashless and reimbursement claims to ensure timely settlements.

2. Claims & Pre-authorization Coordination

3. Coordination with the Hospital and the Doctors.

4. Customer Query & Escalation Management

5. Compliance & Governance

Preferred candidate profile

- Must be a Graduate (any stream)

- Soft & Pleasing personality

- Strong on Inter-personnel Relationship

(Knowledge of the basic Medical / AND - OR / Hospital industry will have an added advantage.)
