Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of cakes, pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked products.
• Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
• Prepare ingredients, fillings, creams, and decorations for pastry items.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen at all times.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients according to food safety standards.
• Support the Pastry Chef in daily production and kitchen operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Commis or in a similar pastry/bakery role.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or bakery production is preferred.
• Good knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
