Role: Customer Care Associate

Job Responsibilities
- Handle outbound customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance along with up-selling.
- Understand customer queries and guide them with the required information.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
Required Skills
- Fluency in any 2 languages: Hindi / Bengali.
- Ability to translate or communicate information effectively from English into the required languages.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Active listening and customer-handling skills.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
Qualification
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) and above.
Work Location
Sector V, Kolkata - Near Webel More
Shift Details
Working Window (8AM - 10 PM) - Any rotational 9-hour shift (8AM - 8 PM)- Any rotational 9-hour shift for females
Working Days
- 6 Days Working
- 1 Day Rotational Week Off
Compensation
CTC: 15K per month
