Walk-in || Order To Cash Executive

Position Overview: As an O2C Process Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle. Your role will involve accurate order processing, timely invoicing, effective cash collection, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Order Management: Oversee the complete order processing cycle, from entry to fulfillment. Ensure accurate and timely processing in the ERP system and resolve any related issues.
• Invoicing: Generate and review customer invoices for accuracy, address billing discrepancies, and maintain invoicing records.
• Cash Collection: Manage accounts receivable, develop credit control strategies, and handle customer payment inquiries.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to the O2C process and support system enhancements.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyse reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Customer Service: Serve as a key contact for customers inquiries, building strong relationships to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounts or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years in an Order to Cash or similar commercial role.

Skills: Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
