Walk-in || Order Management Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage order processing from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of orders.
  
• Monitor and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, including returns management.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, tracking progress and updates throughout the fulfillment process.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order management processes and optimize efficiency.
