Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

Required Skills (Must have)

• Strong experience across major Fusion HCM modules.
• Understanding of core HR, payroll rules, and Benefits.
• Handson with HCM Extracts and integration mapping.
• Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks.
• Experience working on multiple full lifecycle implementations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and workshopleading skills
