Walk-in || Oracle HCM Consultant - S

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications based on business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules and customize solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce processes.
• Design and execute end-to-end solution testing, including SIT and UAT.
• Configure workflows, approvals, security roles, and business rules.
• Support data migration, data conversion, and system integration activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle reporting tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle HCM.
• Collaborate with integration teams to connect Oracle HCM with third-party applications.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, enhancements, and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, training materials, and user documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support and user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM business processes and cloud architecture.
• Experience working with one or more Oracle HCM modules.
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, and Talent processes.
• Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, roles, and workflow configuration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
