We are currently hiring for an exciting Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant opportunity and would like to invite suitable candidates for a Face-to-Face Interview (LTM) in Hyderabad 22nd Aug 2026.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 510 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules and the ability to work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective and scalable financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, rollout, and support activities.

Work on core Finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Expenses.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.

Configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules based on business needs and best practices.

Support financial period close activities, reconciliations, and reporting processes.

Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and data migration activities.

Assist in data migration using FBDI templates and validation of financial data loads.

Design and execute test scenarios for SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for Finance-related issues.

Work closely with business users to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Fusion Finance processes.

Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and user guides.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial controls, and audit requirements.

Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Functional Skills

510 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (ERP Cloud).

Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Expenses modules.

Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support projects.

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.

Experience in FBDI-based data migration and financial data validation.

Knowledge of Fusion reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher (functional understanding).

Experience in integration coordination with technical teams (OIC, APIs awareness preferred).

Strong skills in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.

Experience in testing lifecycle management (SIT/UAT support).

Preferred Skills

Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations across multiple geographies.

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Tax, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).

Exposure to Agile project methodologies.

Understanding of SOX compliance and internal financial controls.

Experience working in support or AMS (Application Management Services) projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
