Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with 6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules, business process analysis, solution design, implementation, and support in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and support Finance modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Expenses Management
• Tax and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, user training, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and customizations.
• Resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Prepare functional design documents and user manuals.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and Tax modules.
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting business processes.
• Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion security, workflows, and approvals.
• Experience in data migration and reconciliation activities.
• Knowledge of integration frameworks and Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
