Walk-in || Oracle DBA

Key Responsibilities

• Database Operations & Maintenance:
• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle databases (19c, 23ai) across Linux/Unix environments.
• Manage Automatic Storage Management (ASM) instances and disk groups.
• Perform database cloning, refreshes, and capacity planning for growing data volumes.
• High Availability & Disaster Recovery:
• Configure, monitor, and maintain Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Active Data Guard for zero-downtime environments.
• Implement and test robust backup and recovery strategies using Recovery Manager (RMAN) and Oracle Data Pump.
• Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting:
• Monitor database health, run proactive diagnostics, and resolve complex performance bottlenecks.
• Tune complex SQL queries, PL/SQL code, and database instance parameters.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and outages.
