Education,Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Education :Graduation (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ year of Team Lead experience on papers(Acting Team Lead / Acting SME profiles will not be considered).
• Communication: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• People Management: Proven ability in managing teams and driving performance.
• Performance Metrics: Strong understanding and hands-on experience in handling: KRAS (Key Result Areas), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
• Operational Management: Exposure to managing Attrition, Shrinkage, and Process Transitions.
• Must be ready to work in night shift
• Domain Preference:

International Voice Process background preferred.(No Domestic Experience will be considered)

US Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.

• Project Management: Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
