Walk-in || Operations Position - Fresher

Process loan disbursement cases with high accuracy, ensuring adherence to TAT, productivity, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage disbursement queue and process cases within defined TAT
• Reconcile system data with customer documents
• Perform verification and quality checks to reduce FTNR
• Follow SOP/checklists from E-application to insurance consent
• Coordinate with stakeholders (TM/SCE/Business teams) for clarifications
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit

Requirements

• Graduate with 0 to 4 years experience in BFSI/NBFC operations or loan processing
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Word and basic computer skills
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
