Role & responsibilities

• Follow up of pending PDD of your respected area ( we have to discuss the PTP date that we have received)
• Follow up of pending PDD of new Vehicle (tax receipts collect within 7 days)
• Adding a file disbursement 1 day ago to the logged file and following it up (its responsibility is only of TL)
• Collect receipts of BT cases within 7 days and attach them to LMS and collect NOC within 15 days and attach them to LMS (its responsibility is only of TL)
• Check the inward status of pending PDD in your area on the VAHAN portal and remove the PDD of those completed PDD by attaching them to the LMS. (Daily Basis) (its responsibility is only of TL)
• Every evening, mailings are to be sent regarding pending PDD and issue cases and cases whose PTP date has failed. (its responsibility is only of TL)
• if the PDD is not completed within 30 days, then you will have to talk to the DSA/ RTO Agent/ customer
• The team leader will be responsible for his area
• The team leader will complete his work on the cases which are going on in legal matters or on which legal action is to be taken and will mail it to me
• If someone in your team is on leave, he should first get it approved from his TL and then tell me.
• Any team member who does not follow his KRA will be taken action against by the HR department for which he himself will be responsible.
