Walk-in || Operations Executive

## Roles and Responsibilities

* Conduct *audits and inspections*, including government audits and specific industry audits.

* Ensure compliance with applicable pest management, safety, and operational standards.

* Conduct *training sessions for staff* on service procedures, safety protocols, pest identification, and best practices.

* Attend *client meetings* and understand client requirements.

* Manage day-to-day *branch/operation activities* and ensure smooth service delivery.

* Monitor and manage *daily service execution* as per client requirements and company standards.

* Handle and supervise *manpower*, including allocation, attendance, productivity, and performance.

* Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Maintain operational records, reports, and service-related documentation.

* Apply *agriculture-related knowledge* for pest identification, pest behaviour, crop-related pest management, and integrated pest management practices wherever applicable.

## Desired Candidate Profile

* *B.Sc. in Agriculture is mandatory.*

* Candidates with *agriculture-related experience* in pest management, crop protection, agricultural operations, horticulture, agri-inputs, plant protection, or related fields will be preferred.

* Freshers with a B.Sc. Agriculture degree may also be considered based on their communication and operational skills.

* Good *communication and interpersonal skills*.

* Strong *presentation and client-handling skills*.

* Good knowledge of *MS Excel* and basic reporting.

* Ability to manage manpower and coordinate multiple operational activities.

* Willingness to travel for client visits, audits, and operational requirements.

* Strong problem-solving and team-management abilities.
