Walk-in || Operations Executive

Operations Executive Chennai

This role puts you at the centre of the business. You will see how an order moves from enquiry to delivery to payment, and you will have a hand in each step.

What you'll do:

Some of the roles you will take on :

1. Purchasing: Coordinate with transporters, dealers and manufacturers.
2. Quotations: Prepare quotations and check them carefully before they go out.
3. Customer care: Ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained accross the clients of the organisation.
4. Reports: Put together weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
5. Accounts: Raise invoices and record bank entries.

• Is organised and keeps track of details
• Is comfortable with numbers and Excel
• Communicates clearly with customers and suppliers
• Motivated, Proactive and eager to learn.
