Job Description

Experience: 0-4 Years

We are hiring for the Operations Executive and Senior Operations Executive roles.

Preferred Industry: Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply. Experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with vendors and chauffeurs to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day vendor operations.
• Handle booking auto-allocation, booking confirmation, and tracking.
• Ensure vehicle availability and proper maintenance for timely dispatch.
• Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring smooth and hassle-free booking dispatch.
• Manage vehicle inventory and monitor fleet availability.
• Follow operational SOPs and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Work in night shifts and rotational shifts as per business requirements.

• Strong operational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
