• 1- 3 years of experience in payments, fintech, payment gateway, banking, or transaction processing.
• Good understanding of card payments, Visa/Mastercard, BINs, MIDs, terminals, acquirers, and payment methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive payment issues.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
