Walk-in || Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage end-to-end back-office operations, client onboarding, trade processing, and regulatory compliance. In addition to ensuring seamless execution of transactions, you will cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships and implement robust risk management frameworks to safeguard business operations and protect client assets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  
• Identify opportunities for business growth through cross-selling of products such as insurance, mutual funds, trading accounts, deposits, equity bonds etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (e.g., B.C.A., B.B.A./B.M.S.).
  
• Strong understanding of key account management principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in sales support/presales activities including tele/inside sales techniques.
