Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Operation Theater (OT), ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining high standards of patient care.
  
• Supervise OT staff, including nurses, technicians, and assistants to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
  
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to plan and execute surgical procedures.
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and treatment outcomes.
