We are seeking an experienced T&E Audit & Accounts Receivable Support Analyst (L3) to handle complex audit reviews, receivables activities, exception management, and escalations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex T&E audits and review corporate card transactions for policy compliance.
• Validate receipts, attendee details, business justifications, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze and resolve policy exceptions and complex audit discrepancies.
• Identify recurring compliance issues and recommend process improvements.
• Review AR aging reports and analyze overdue customer accounts.
• Manage past-due invoice follow-ups and track customer responses.
• Handle complex collection cases and customer escalations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing, payment, and account-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings, exceptions, customer communications, and collection activities.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
• Support team members with process guidance and complex case resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement, reporting, and quality initiatives.
