Walk-in || opening For Senior Diet Coordinator @ MIOT International Hospital

Role & responsibilities

1. Regular Monitoring & recording of Patient food temperature at the kitchen prior to Food service
2. Monitoring Tray line setting , quantity & quality standards as per our Hospital requirements
3. Responsible for food tasting ,instructing to amend the recipe if needed & recording the same in a register
4. Conduct weekly , monthly kitchen audits & maintenance of Records/reports
5. To ensure hygiene is maintained by the kitchen personnel ,during preparation & food service
6. Coordinates between dietitians and kitchen.

Preferred candidate profile

-Good communication skill. Should be polite and empathetic. Fair knowledge about nutritional values of various food articles.

-Candidate should have Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical Nutrition and Dietetics.

-Educational Qualification- BSc/MSc-Clinical Nutrition / Food Science, Nutrition, or Dietetics

- Willing to work in multiple shifts.
