Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support social media management, digital marketing activities, vendor coordination, employee branding, internal communications, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content and engagement.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and brand-building initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for marketing activities.
• Handle employee branding and internal communication initiatives.
• Shoot and edit basic marketing videos (minimum 1 year of experience required).
• Track vendor invoices, payments, and marketing expenses; coordinate with finance for timely processing.
• Maintain marketing records, reports, presentations, and collateral.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing,
• Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office .(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
