Walk-in || Opening For a Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to hospital operations, patient volumes, revenue, billing, insurance/TPA, pharmacy, diagnostics, and other key departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Monitor key hospital KPIs, operational metrics, revenue performance, and department-wise performance.
• Identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Work closely with Unit Heads, Finance, Billing, Insurance, Clinical, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and other departments to understand business requirements.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and prepare BRDs, process documents, reports, and analytical presentations.
• Develop and maintain Excel/Power BI dashboards for management review and decision-making.
• Analyze patient conversion, OPD/IPD volumes, average revenue per patient, occupancy, doctor performance, and other healthcare metrics.
• Analyze billing and revenue-cycle data to identify revenue leakage, pending collections, denials, and process gaps.
• Conduct variance, trend, gap, and root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support management in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the IT/HIS team for data extraction, system requirements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by management.
