• Manage onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members to ensure smooth collaboration.
  
• Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  
• Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues as needed.
