Responsible as hospital Safety Officer and Disaster Management

Job Profile

• Train the security staff on turn out discipline, Grooming, soft Skills, Fire & Safety Management and Disaster Management.
• Supervise the security staff from time to time.
• Take continuous rounds of the Hospital for security.
• Responsible for maintaining the overall safety and security of the hospital.
• Safeguard, patrol and monitor any theft or violence in the premises.
• Responsible for serving his employer by providing safety against any law violator and determining any sort of disturbances that will incur losses to the hospital.
• Assigned with security systems, like, alarms, arms, close circuit CCTV cameras, etc. and their monitoring
• Closely monitors the visitors as well as the property.
• Monitor the entry and exit of employees.
• Performs security checks.
• In case of any physical emergency to reach the place and control the situation.
• Checks lights, alarm system, windows, doors and gates.

Experience

Minimum 1-5 years

Skills

Leadership, good coordination and good communication with staff.
