Sr. Officer/ Executive / Senior Executive

We are seeking experienced Quality Control professionals with 2 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical analysis to support core laboratory operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end analytical execution, review, investigation support, and compliance handling to ensure timely release of materials and finished products while maintaining cGMP, GLP, and Data Integrity standards.

1. Documentation & Training Coordinator

• Key Responsibilities: Manage Site Training Matrices, coordinate GMP training sessions, oversee document lifecycle management (SOPs, protocols, reports), and ensure audit readiness of documentation cells.
• Ideal Candidate: Experience in standard Document Management Systems (DMS) and LMS platforms with a strong grasp of compliance frameworks.

2. IP / FP / AMT / AMV Specialists

• Key Responsibilities: Oversee In-Process (IP) and Finished Product (FP) testing compliance, execute Analytical Method Transfer (AMT), and drive Analytical Method Validation (AMV) protocols in line with global regulatory standards
• Ideal Candidate: Hands-on experience with advanced analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, dissolution) and standard validation life cycles.

3. Investigator

• Key Responsibilities: Lead thorough investigations for Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and deviations. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools like Fishbone/5 Whys, and define robust CAPAs to prevent recurrence.
• Ideal Candidate: Strong technical writing skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing or laboratory investigations.

4. Analytical Data Reviewer

• Key Responsibilities: Review raw data, electronic logs, and chromatography data sheets generated by the QC laboratories. Ensure absolute adherence to Data Integrity principles and ALCOA+ standards.
• Ideal Candidate: High attention to detail with extensive experience reviewing complex laboratory datasets.

5. LIMS Administrator / Specialist

• Key Responsibilities: Manage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) workflows, configure master data, troubleshoot system errors, and ensure validation compliance .
• Ideal Candidate: Strong background at the intersection of Pharma QC and IT systems, with hands-on LIMS configuration/master data creation experience.

Qualification & Competencies :

Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / equivalent in Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Sciences
Experience:2 to 8 years of relevant experience in a regulatory-approved pharmaceutical facility.(Mandatory)

Core Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of cGMP, data integrity regulations, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
