Walk-in || Office Boy

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Opening and Closing

• Responsible for opening and closing the office premises as per the assigned shift timings.

2. Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Ensure daily cleaning of the office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception area.

3. Pantry Services

• Refill employees' water bottles daily.
• Prepare and serve tea/coffee to employees, guests, and management as per their requirements.
• Serve lunch and snacks to management and visitors as needed.

4. Guest and Visitor Handling

• Attend to office visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests.

5. General Office Administration

• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
• Support in organizing and maintaining office supplies and pantry stock.

6. Courier and Mailing Duties

• Receive, unpack, and distribute courier/packages to relevant staff.
• Pack and dispatch outgoing couriers as per instructions from the management.
• Visit the bank for depositing cheques or handling related errands.

7. Logistics and Material Handling

• Assist in shifting/moving office materials and equipment when required.
• Receive and arrange materials or stock delivered to the office in an organized manner.
• Selling of products and maintain the record for the same.
