Walk-in || Office Boy / Office Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day office support and administrative activities.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of office areas, pantry, and meeting rooms.
• Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic document-related work.
• Deliver and collect documents, letters, parcels, and courier items.
• Visit banks, post offices, courier offices, and other locations for official work when required.
• Maintain office stationery and pantry supplies and inform management when stocks are low.
• Assist employees with routine office-related requirements.
• Receive visitors and guide them to the appropriate person.
• Help with arranging meeting rooms and office materials.
• Support other basic administrative tasks as assigned by management.
• Ensure office equipment, documents, and materials are handled carefully.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, cleanliness, and professional behavior at the workplace.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass preferred.
• 02 years of experience; freshers can apply.
• Good communication and basic understanding of Hindi/English.
• Should be punctual, honest, and responsible.
• Willingness to handle office errands and day-to-day support work.
• Should be comfortable with basic office and administrative tasks.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence can be mentioned as preferred if the employee needs to travel for bank/courier/office work.
