Walk-In O2C Cash Apps / Collections - Officer / Sr. Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 1-4 years of experience in O2C Cash Application & O2C Collection

The candidate will be responsible for managing cash application processes, supporting accounts receivable activities, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments accurately in the system
• Handle O2C Cash Apps and Collection activities and maintain records
• Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) cash application processes
• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment-related discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in daily finance operations

Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant experience O2C Cash Application & O2C Collection
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work in any shift.
