Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in ICU setting.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic data to identify potential complications.
  
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Critical Care or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc).
  
• Strong knowledge of critical care principles, practices, and protocols.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environment.
