Walk-in || Non Voice Process Executive

Hexaware is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic Non-Voice Process Executives for our Chat/Email Support process.

We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills and relevant experience in Chat/Email Support and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through chat and email.
- Address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Retain existing customers through effective query resolution.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat/Email Support is mandatory. - - Excellent English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.

- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Experience in customer support, chat support, or email support is preferred.
