Job Responsibilities

• Accurately record and update call-related information in the system.
• Achieve daily productivity goals and meet performance expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be willing to work only in the Mid Shift.
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations.
• Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.

Eligibility

• Any Undergraduate Graduate (UG) from a recognized institution, or
• Candidates who have completed a 3-year Diploma program.
• Only Male Candidates.
