What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Drive high-volume recruitment for BPO, Inside Sales, Sales, and other business roles.
• Conduct screening calls and initial HR interviews to identify the right talent.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets.
• Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, document collection, and joining coordination.
• Follow up with candidates and convert selected candidates into successful joiners.
• Track recruitment performance and maintain accurate hiring reports.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri or other recruitment portals.
• Experience in BPO, Inside Sales, Sales, or bulk hiring is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who takes ownership and gets things DONE!
