Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on the JD.
• Conduct initial candidate screening through calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary/CTC and discuss notice period with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate offer release and joining formalities.
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and hiring status.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
