Walk-in || Non-IT Recruiter - IQ/PR/02

Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate selection and closure.

- Handle multiple recruitment requirements for leading Non-IT and IT clients across various industries.

- Prioritize Non-IT recruitment (60%), with exposure to IT recruitment (40%). Candidates with 100% Non-IT recruitment experience will be given preference.

- Understand job descriptions, client expectations, required skills, experience, salary range, and notice period before initiating sourcing.

- Source relevant profiles through job portals, internal databases, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability against job requirements.

- Connect with candidates regularly to understand their career expectations, salary requirements, availability, and interest in the opportunity.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, share interview details, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the selection process.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates from initial screening through interview rounds, offer release, and joining.

- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles within the agreed timelines and budget parameters.

- Negotiate salary expectations and support offer discussions in line with client budgets and company guidelines.

- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to improve engagement, interview attendance, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.

- Meet assigned recruitment targets and contribute to individual and team hiring goals.
