Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on current events, trends, and issues to gather information for news reports.
  
• Interview experts, witnesses, or individuals involved in a story to gather facts and quotes.
  
• Analyze data and statistics to provide insightful analysis for news stories.
  
• Write engaging headlines, summaries, and scripts for newscasts.
  
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and other journalists to develop story ideas and improve reporting techniques.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of mass communication principles and practices.
  
• 1-3 years of experience as a journalist or anchor in television broadcasting industry.
  
• Excellent writing skills with ability to write clear concise copy under tight deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in anchoring software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (B.A.).
