Must Have:

Network Security who supports Network infrastructure for retail customer across globe having 6 to 10+ years of experience in security domain 
Good Knowledge and Hands on Experience with network security technologies Strong understanding of network protocols and architecture Knowledge of encryption protocols and security methodologies In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and other protocols to diagnose issues at different layers of the network stack 
Knowledge on Zscaler security services, including web filtering, SSL inspection, and sandboxing, Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable Experience with network security technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs) Regular validation of patches and updates to security systems  Administer and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) configurations. Manage user policies, authentication methods, and application access through Zscaler. Experience with security incident response and forensic analysis. Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL) Experience in cloud security and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell) Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to anticipate and mitigate new types of security incidents 
Interested to work on 24/7 Operational support Communicate effectively with stakeholders, explaining technical issues and their implications in a way that is understandable to non-technical audiences
