Walk-in || Network Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IT-related issues across Innov8 centers, including hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
• Troubleshoot printers, laptops, desktops, CCTV, biometric devices and meeting room AV equipment.
• Coordinate with ISPs and external vendors for timely issue resolution.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to center teams and clients.
• Maintain IT assets and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience in IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, routers, switches, Wi-Fi and IT infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between centers as required.
