Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Routing, Switching, and SD-WAN technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing enterprise network infrastructure, troubleshooting complex network issues, and ensuring high availability and performance of LAN/WAN environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise Routing, Switching, and SD-WAN environments.
• Support and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Implement and manage routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Static Routing.
• Configure and maintain VLANs, STP, HSRP, VRRP, EtherChannel, and QoS.
• Manage WAN circuits, branch connectivity, and network optimization.
• Monitor network performance and resolve network incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure changes.
• Work closely with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
