Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimize LAN/WAN infrastructure including SD-WAN, routers, and switches.
• Administer and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Manage network security through Firewalls, VPNs, and ACLs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major network outages and critical incidents.
• Execute network upgrades, deployments, and change management activities.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cisco networking technologies
• Fortinet or Juniper devices
• SD-WAN
• VLANs
• STP (Spanning Tree Protocol)
• Enterprise routing and switching concepts

Preferred Certifications

• CCNP or equivalent professional networking certification.
