About this role
Job Title: .NET Developer / Technical Lead
- Experience: 6 - 10 Years
- Location: Hyderabad
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project plans, development schedules, and effort estimations.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, MVC, and Angular.
- Develop and optimize MS SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and queries.
- Support MES applications, integrations, and manufacturing-related systems.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and SDLC processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, MVC, Angular, and MS SQL Server.
- Good understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in technical leadership and team management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
- Automotive or manufacturing domain experience will be an added advantage.
