Role & Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer interactions and outbound sales calls for the Mutual Fund process.
* Identify customer requirements and promote suitable mutual fund products and services.
* Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain performance standards.
* Explain product features and benefits accurately to customers.
* Maintain customer relationships and ensure professional communication.
* Follow company policies, process guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Any Graduate.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in hardcore BPO sales.
* Experience in inbound sales, outbound sales, telesales or upselling preferred.
* Candidates with only collections experience are not eligible.
* Good English communication skills (Versant Level 4).
* Strong convincing, negotiation and sales conversion skills.
* Target-oriented and comfortable handling sales calls.
* BFSI or Mutual Fund sales experience will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Option 1 With PF

* 17,400 monthly in-hand salary
* 22,000 monthly CTC

Option 2 Without PF

* 22,000 monthly in-hand salary, subject to applicable payroll eligibility and statutory requirements

Working Hours

* Day Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
* 1 Rotational Weekly Off
* Work From Office
